Windows 10: 2 keyboard layouts keep appearing even they aren't the preferred languages

I'm having a problem with the language setting, there are 2 language keyboard layouts, one is English UK US keyboard and another one is English US Us keyboard i deleted it before taking this screenshot, which keep appearing on my keyboard preference but not in the language setting. I've tried to delete them but they would re-appear again after sometimes. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Mysteriously appearing language and keyboard layout

My Windows 10 was originally installed in Czech language, then I had the language changed to English. I now switch between two keyboard layouts: English (United States) and Slovak (QWERTY) via ALT+SHIFT. Every few weeks - without any action on my side -
the following happens:

- Another keyboard layout appears in the taskbar: Slovak (QWERTZ)

- Another language appears in the taskbar: Czech

Neither of these two are visible in Language preferences, only in the taskbar. And they become part of the cycle when quick-switching between keyboard layouts via ALT+SHIFT. When I want to remove them, I first need to "install" them in Language preferences
so they appear there as well. And only then I can uninstall them in Language preferences. It's really annoying.

Does anyone have a clue what to do? Either to stop this from happening at all, or at least have some script ready for automatically adding and then removing these two items.

Open Advanced Language Settings:

Two settings here to check:

1. Override the default input language with your preferred input language, even if there's only one language on the list
2. Don't let websites access the language list

To be sure that the correct settings will be used for all user accounts created later, copy the settings:

The updated Windows 10 may have detected your language, the reason why it automatically gave you the other Thai US keyboard. To correct this issue, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Click on the Start Menu, type in region and language settings and select it.
• Under Languages, select Thai Kedmanee keyboard and click Remove.
• Lastly, add it back by clicking Add a language.

After these steps, your keyboard layout will permanently stay with Thai Kedmanee keyboard.
