Windows 10: 2 laptops, same account, cant change pin on one laptop.

Basically I have 2 laptops that use the same email/account I can change the PIN on one but not the other...

I am using the same account for both laptops, I have also used my school email for both, but on my main laptop I can change the pin but on the other one it says "This option is currently unavailable". I have already setup the pin on the laptop so IDK why I cant change it. It also says "Sorry this PIN isnt working with your organization's resources" And when I click to fix it it only shows the option for my school email, and when I try using the main @hotmail account that is already signed in on the computer, it says I cant use a personal account. I really don't know what to do. I tried deleting the school email on the computer but doesnt change a thing.

I have found something about CPU Upgrade on the Intel's Website, the manufacturer of my laptop's chipset (GM45 Chipset). Currently, the CPU which this laptop is using (Dual Core T3400) is NOT in this list: Intel product specifications
The laptop's chipset also support Core 2 Extreme Technology, which I think the latest CPU Technology.
I have another laptop called Acer Aspire 5572ANWXMi that is using the chipset 945GM which support the T7600 (like you suggested) and it is in this list: Intel product specifications

Well the last one I suggested seems to be the best for 650$

Win10 laptop w/laptop display (no others) labeled 2, can't change to 1

1. The drivers were installed when Windows 10 was installed. There was nothing on the laptop prior to installing Windows 10.
2. I don't have another display to try attaching as suggested.
3. Not sure if it's always been like this or not. I just started looking at the configuration settings a week or so ago.
4. To check hardware status, I've run a bunch of Lenovo tests and update checks. Nothing found.
5. I did the Device Manager suggestion. 2 PnP monitors listed ... clicked "Show Hidden devices" ... found 2 more PnP monitors for a total of 4 ... uninstalled all 4 ... restarted ... same situation. Results: Device Manager now only lists 2 PnP monitors total (no hidden monitors) even though the only monitor is the laptop built-in monitor, but no change on the designation of laptop monitor being number "2" monitor.

Thanks for your help and suggestions. Not sure why it is like this. Might be something like Win10 compatibility, old hardware, or similar.

I've taken enough of your time on this. I can live with it as it is. Might decide to upgrade to a new and current laptop, or just proceed as is. Anyway, your responses are greatly appreciated!
