Windows 10: 2 monitors and 1 projector work for a few seconds and say "no signal"

I have 2 monitors Main: MSI MAG241C display portSecondary: Dell P1911B HDMIProjector: NEC VT470 HDMIGPU: Sapphire RX 590Both my secondary monitor and my projector connect to my only 2 HDMI inputs via my GPU. However they are connected with i think an active VGA to HDMI converter since my 2nd monitor and projector support VGA inputs onlyI started out with the 2 monitors, i tried to plug the projector in the 2nd HDMI port and all monitors flashed and all of them gave a no input signal. I was thinking it has to do with power but I'm not too sure since my gpu can support 4 displays. Then i

Why does my second monitor not work when my projector is connected?

I am working with my IT administrator to solve a problem with one of our school computers. We had to upgrade one computer setup from one monitor to two monitors. Everything worked great except the projector because that is only connected by VGA and the
monitors were connected via displayport to displayport. We got an adapter so one monitor would be plugged directly into the computer and the other monitor is plugged in to the displayport to VGA adapter. However, now the projector works fine but the second
monitor isn't displaying what's on Windows. I have my main monitor and my other monitor is the one that is able to be projected. That monitor says no signal but it shows up on the projector with no problem. I can drag a window from my main monitor to the right
(and it should appear on the blank monitor) but instead it appears onto the projector. I know Windows recognizes my main monitor and the projector as the second monitor. But my actual second monitor says no signal when the projector is connected. We have confirmed
that all hardware is good and it must be an issue with Windows. How can we get our second monitor to show what the projector is showing?

I connected my computer ( Windows 10 ) to Acer G247HYL by HDMI, but it says no signal and stays black. I know there are a bunch of posts related to this topic. I have gone through many of them and followed the directions, but none of them worked.

1. I have updated the driver software. Display adapters shows Inter HD Graphics 4000.

2. Second screen is detected, but the resolution is 1280 x 720 that can't be changed.

3. The monitor is totally fine since I tried it with 2 laptops and it shows the screen perfectly.

I am getting tired since I have been doing this for 2 months and nothing good happened. Please educate me if somebody knows how to fix the issue.

Second Monitor has No Signal

To assist you further with your concern about no signal on your second monitor, we would like to get some information from you:

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Did you try to check if the second monitor will work if installed as the primary monitor?
• Aside from checking the cables, did you try to use a different cable?
• Are the right monitor drivers installed on your computer?
• Does your video card has the right settings for using two monitors?
• Did you update your video card driver?
