Windows 10: 2 processes are taking all CPU usage

it started a few days ago , Firstly edge would lag , then it started freezing now it wont open Today - Ondrivesetup was using my CPU 25 % RAM 100 MB approx but wasn't doing anything I tried all possible ways to stop things from task manager and control panel uninstall feature section I tried doing windows updates but they wont download so i disabled it for 7 days - now it doesnt even load upMy action center button doesnt work - pinned app icons are gone from taskbarthere are 2 process that I cant stop at all which area taking upto 50% of my CPU and making PC hotSFC scan now doesnt work - they

To fix high CPU usage issue, please refer these steps:

Try to identify the process creating this issue.

Download Process Explorer from Microsoft:

Process Explorer - Sysinternals

Run the tool then select the system process, right-click and select Properties.

Switch to the Threads tab. This will show which file is using the excessive CPU usage, from which you can then attempt to diagnose it.

High CPU Usage Null Process

It is possible that other services are taking up disk usage and CPU loads without displaying itself on the task manager, causing a spike to the CPU usage. To further assist with your concern, kindly answer these following questions:

• When did this issue start happening?
• Have you made any changes to your PC prior to the issue (software update, installing new software, etc.)?
