Windows 10: 2 visual problems

Hello!


I have 2 visual problems.

1.

The first is that the bluelight filter turns off if I click the notification thing textbox icon in the bottom right. The laptop lags a little and then turns the bluelight filter off once after turning the laptop on or sometimes multiple times but most times after it happened once it won't do it again until I have turned the laptop off and on again. The settings say it is still on so if I turn the filter off manually, the screen becomes extra blue and then again "normal" if I turn it on but without the filter. I found that plugging in a USB or turning Bluetooth on activates something because the bluelight filter actually turns on again then.


2.

The second problem is that sometimes when I put a video on fullscreen, a horizontal line at the bottom of the screen breaks. This one is more rare and random but more annoying. About two lines of pixels at the bottom break. They still change color depending on what is presented on the screen but it's all wrong. Going away from fullscreen doesn't fix it. This problem persists until I restart my laptop.


These problems occurred a while 1 or 2 months back and I was hoping a new Windows or driver update would eventually fix it but according to my laptop I have the latest version of everything. So now I'm on here posting my question about how to fix these problems?


Laptop properties:

Windows 10, Lenovo, Thinkpad P51, intel i7-7700, and the laptop has both intelR HD Graphics 630 and NVIDIA Quadro M1200.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

Runtime Error - Microsoft Visual C++ Library
