Windows 10: 2 Windows 10 on version 4 Both not working

    2 Windows 10 on version 4 Both not working


    After I chose reset the pc, cloud download, and keep files. This happens, after it restarted when finished downloading the windows it shows the loading of "Resetting this PC" and it got stuck at 68%, i did not notice that the charger is unplug so while it got stuck at 68% for 30 mins the battery died. So when i turn on the power it does not boot and it shows me to the menu to select OS and it shows 2 windows on version 4.


    I tried to reset it again. Even reset the bios, the menu was still there and when i pick the OS it does not boot and loop me to the menu over and over again.

    My device is: HP Envy 15 k192r2 Windows 10 on version 4 Both not working [​IMG]

    I Hope someone can help me with this issue.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
