Windows 10: 2 Windows folders in 2 different drives

i recently bought a ssd and installed it in my pc gave to a center and now i noticed that i have two windows folders on two different drives C and D.I saw a similar thread with the same question and checked it.The problem was almost similar to mine so i was following the steps that a advisor gave in the comments section. he told it was ok to delete in the windows folder that was in the another drive i.e the D drive E in the other's person's perspective.The advisor told the person in the thread to send him a screenshot of his msconfig boot section.I compared my msconfig with the screenshot

It can be a reinstallation of Windows and mistakenly selecting the wrong partition (E drive). Or perhaps before this device was used to boot 2 Windows. Or it can also be accidental copying and pasting a folder/file. These are the only possible cause I could think of why it exists there.

okay ive done the same thing as you but i cant put the file back into the folder

• Copy nvlddmkm.sys in C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\nv_dispi.inf_amd64_5518e59e8d3b48f4\ to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ and replace the existing one.

finding differences in folders/files on 2 extermal drives

I have windows 10

I have 2 different external drives each has a my pictures folder

Over the years I have copied the files from one drive to the other as a backup

I noticed the other day the folders do not have the same number of sub folders/file in properties

Is there command/screen etc. that will show me the folders/files that are missing?
