Windows 10: 2 Wmi Provider Host Running. One takes 10-15% of cpu usage and overheats my laptop!

When I go to my task manager, I see 2 WMI Provider Hosts, and one uses 10-15% CPU usage plus high power, and the other task takes normal time. Please help me fix this.

WMI Provider Host High CPU and 2 of them listed in task manager. I looked online and can't find simple steps as I don't know what some actions are when people speak
