Windows 10: 2 x 7 inch touch screen not working as they should

Well I have bought 2 x 7 inch touch screen to attach to my computer 1 via hdmi directly and 1 via type c to hdmi, the issue with windows 11 is that if i only use 1, it's working perfectly !as soon as I attach my second one, they don't work as independent touch screens, but I can see them react to the main pc monitors ! like if I had to mouses. The little monitors I have bought are JRP7600 7 INCH MONITOR TOUCH if I don't remember bad! thanx in advance!* Moved from Community Center

Were you able to see if your driver is up to date?

We suggest to update the touch screen driver and check for resolution.

Follow the steps provided:

• Press Windows key and X on your desktop and click on Device Manager.
• Expand Human Interface Devices.
• Locate the Touch screen driver.
• Right-click on the driver icon and click on Update Driver Software.
• Click on Search automatically for the updated driver software.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to update the touch screen driver.

 

Touch screen disabled in Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check, if it helps:

Method 1: Try to run a inbuilt
Hardware troubleshooter
and check.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your touch Screen. Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting
  and click on the view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions and check.
  

Method 2.Try updating the Touch screen drivers from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to update the touch Screendrivers:

• Press Windows key + X key and click
  Device Manager.
  
• Expand the Sound, Video and game controllers.
  
• Right-click on the Sound card and click on
  Update driver software.
  
• Restart the computer and check.

Method 1: Check if the touch screen driver is enabled.

• In the Search bar, type Device Manager.
• Locate Human Interface Devices and look for touch screen.
  
• Right-click touch screen and check if it is enabled. If not, please enable it.

Method 2: Reinstall the touch screen driver.

• In Device Manager, go to Human Interface Devices.
• Locate touch screen again and right-click it to Uninstall
  the driver.
• Restart your PC to automatically install the driver.
