Windows 10: 2 year old Dell Laptop - can't upgrade to Windows 11 - IntelR CoreTM i7-6500U CPU

I'm very disappointed to learn that my 2 year old laptop from Dell can not install Windows 11.Originally it was unable to due to the TPM security stuff, but after going into the BIOS I was able to follow the recommended steps by Microsoft to resolve that issue.Is there any chance I can still upgrade to Windows 11, or perhaps Windows will support the Intel Core i7-6500U CPU @ 2.5 Ghz in the near future... seems a real shame for such a recent machine to not be supported with this latest OS update.Device name devology-dell Processor IntelR CoreTM i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.60 GHz Installed R

The i7-3740QM and the i7-3720QM are compatible quads. These are quad cores with 8 threads. Yours 3340M is a 2 core/4 threads which is why you see "Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3340M CPU @ 2.70GHz" four times.
