Windows 10: 20 GB of space missing on SSD

Cannot clean what I can't find. Can you help? Thank you.

I have recently purchased lumia 525 in India. But i have not received extra 20 gb cloud space.

 

SSD space

I had to reset Windows 10 recently. the laptop worked wonderfully. The problem I have now is that the Dec Tuesday update did not work. Now windows modules installer continued to work and the SSD in one day filled almost to capacity. The SSD at the
start of the day showed 63GB of space used. At the end of the day, the total was 203GB used. I went to system restore and rolled back to the time before the update. I then had 75GB of space used but each time I checked, the space on the SSD was getting
smaller, about a GB every 20 minutes or so within 3 hours the used space went from 75gb to 102gb. I have since gone to the task manager and ended the process of Windows Modules Installer. The used space on the SSD is no longer getting larger, but how do I
regain the lost space on the SSD. THe SSD is a Samsung 250 EVO 850.

 

Can't display 20 GB of date on D:

D: drive is new on my new PC which was a clean load of Windows 10. I made several directories and transferred files from other hard drives from my old computer, about 20 GB worth.

Then I decided I wanted \user on the D: drive to get it off my 256GB SSD C: drive.

Anyway, using the location feature in the folder/file preference dialog box I lost the folders.

The directories and files are still on the drive and their volume is identified when I use the Preference feature to display used and free space on the D: drive.

More recent files and directories on this D: drive display normally with used and free space identifying there is 20 GB missing.

Can anyone explain to me how to make these folders visible again.
