Windows 10: 2018-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4338819)

My problem is a little different regarding 2018-07 Cumulative Update KB4338819. This update successfully installed on my laptop on July 12. Since that time the exact same update has attempted to install again 13 times with error code 0x80073712. I don't know how to stop it and don't understand why is continues to attempt to install after the first successful install. Any advice/suggestions are appreciated.

I have same error 2018-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4338819) - Error 0x80070020 and using the manual download from the catalog link also did not work. I am not comfortable going through the steps to block updates,
thinking that is not a good idea. Would much rather Microsoft work the bugs out of this update and then try again.

Apparently not with this one either, but it did state "2018-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4338819)

My computer constantly has 2018-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4338819) in it's pending updates however no mater what i do it won't install. i've already tried to manually install it and reset the update components,
however this has done nothing to fix it. i just keep getting error code 0x800f0922
