    2018-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4340917)


    Hello,


    I have tried numerous times to install the above update but it will only download to 24% and then returns to

    'initializing' and then "pending install". It then attempts to download again but again only gets to 24% and the cycle keeps going.


    Is there an issue with this update or my PC?

    Sir While down loading the update 2018-07 Cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1803 for x 64 based systems (KB4340917) we are getting error code 0x800736b3 and unable to update this update . How to solve this problem.
