Windows 10: 2019-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 v1903 Fails

KB4522355. The error code I receive is 0x8007045b.

The update process appears to start (Working on Updates), gets to about 10% and says, "Restarting". The computer restarts and eventually the "Couldn't complete updates - undoing changes" message appears.

This failure is happening repeatedly.

I have run the Update Troubleshooter with no success as well as attempting the update with my anti-virus disabled.

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240

Maybe try with the Windows update mini-tool, found here http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...dows-10-automatic-updates-and-spyware.218745/ , thanks to Mussels. it installed perfectly for me last night.
