Windows update errors for Windows 10 version 1809 - error 0x8e5e03fb

Despite repeated attempts over the last few months to download the latest updates below, I am still having issues with this.

Below are the three updates which won't work.

Can you please advise a solution as its driving me nuts.

2019-09 Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4516115) -Error 0x8e5e03fb

2019-10 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.7.2 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64 (KB4524099) -Error 0x8e5e03fb

2019-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4523205) -Error 0x80246007

on 15.05.2019 I downloaded

When I try to integrate it into my Win10 x64 1809 WDS WIM with DISM I get an error the update's Unattend.xml wouldn't be compatible. If I try to add the CAB to the WIM with DISM I get an error Version mismatch! Weird, the Windows Server 2019 and Windows
10 x64 1809 cumulative updates have the same size. Perhaps they're the same by mistake while publishing them???

Updating clients running Windows 10 1809 x64 via WSUS or online is woking flawlessly!
