    Hello, I'm trying to update an old ASUS G51J laptop for a friend's 11yo son. I installed the latest Windows 10, version 1909 successfully, but I can't get 2 cumulative updates for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10, version 1909 and Windows Server,
    version 1909 to install. One is dated October 8, 2019 - KB4524101, and the other is dated October 24,2019 - KB4522742. I get the same code for both updates...0x80073712. I tried to reinstall / run .NET Framework 4.8 on the laptop but it states that .NET Framework
    4.8 or a later update is already installed on this computer. So what do I do with the 2 updates that won't install, ignore them? The kids mom past away last January and she is listed as the administrator on the laptop and I don't have her password so I have
    to update the laptop manually and I keep coming up with the same 2 updates mentioned that won't install. Any help would be much appreciated, and thank you for your time in advance.
