    I have tried using Windows Update and the downloadable Windows Update installer but still get an error. I also deleted all the old updates from the download folder. I also tried Restorehealth but got this:C:\>DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool Version: 10.0.19041.844 Image Version: 10.0.19042.928 Error: 193 %1 is not a valid Win32 application. The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log Let me know if I should post this log.I'm not sure if it's relevant but my system drive is an SSD and I note that my PC

    Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3176493) - Error 0x800700c1

    I have run the Windows Update Troubleshooter, rebooted, and tried to manually install these, all with the same results.

    Any suggestions?

    The command prompt steps, ran for me, but and repaired my update problem with this error:
