    Hi,I am unable to download the above-mentioned update despite my best efforts. Have tried the following steps so far -- Run NetFxRepairTool says issued fixed but no status change- System>Troubleshoot>Other Troubleshooters > Windows Update > Run- FYI, only the following updates exist on my system:Appreciate any suggestion to fix this update error issue.

    I have 5.0.11 .NET I am also seeing the same thing 2021-09 >NET 5.0.10 Update for x64 Client (KB5006192) Failed to install on 11/4/2021 - 080070643
    also
    I have 3.1.20 .NET and windows update is trying to install 2021-07 .NET Core 3.1.17 Update for x64 Client (KB5004772) Failed to install on 11/4/2021 - 080070643

    I also hate when I can't find release notes on these "fixes" how long do you think it will take till they get this fixed?
