Just cannot install this update Sick of trying.Did Microsoft give up because they are releasing an upgraded version of Windows soon??Installation Error 0x800f0922Also having trouble activating Office. I wonder if they are related?

facing this error in windows 11 pro updates from last 15 days.

2022-08 Security Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5012170) Install error - 0x800f0922. This Error Occurs from more than one month and there is no update from Microsoft. I'm waiting for a fix. All the other updates were no problem, but KB5012170 is a real headache. I did the trouble shooter, all the DISMs and sfc / scannow. I've installed windows twice. but still same problem and error.

2022-08 Security Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5012170) Install error - 0x800f0922. Windows Update has failed for past two weeks. Tried re-installing Windows 11 OS and still has error.

I am currently using Windows 11 as a Virtual Machine using Parallels 17 on Apple Mac Mini (2018).
