Windows 10: 2022-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5017321

I am using Windows 11 Pro for Workstation edition. After updating to Windows 11 Version 22H2, I had a bit of an update problem "KB5017321". The error is displayed as shown, with the error code "Download error - 0x800f0806". I have tried many times, but no success.

Install error - 0x800f0831 on windows 11 2022-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5012592)

I cannot install 2022-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5012592). The installation did not complete and now my computer is unstable. I have tried troubleshooting and all the steps listed in the previous post. Any changes to Windows 11 do not complete. My computer reboots several times a day and locks up at least 2 times per day.
