    2022-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems KB5017380 Keeps saying it needs to restart but never installs. Keeps saying the computer needs to restart. Is there anyway to get this to install?

    When I try updating 2022-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5017380) it is stuck at 100% downloading and it said couldn't install
