Windows 10: 2022-12 Aggiornamento cumulativo per Windows 11 Version 22H2 per sistemi basati su x64...

Salve, da parecchi giorni non riesco a installare questo aggiornamento. Ho provato a utilizzare lo strumento di risoluzione dei problemi di Windows Update ma nonostante rilevi il problema poi mi da sempre lo stesso errore. Qualcuno sa come risolvere?

Error 0x80070bc2- Windows 10 update trying to install "2018-04 Aggiornamento cumulativo per Windows 10 Version 1709 per sistemi basati su x64 (KB4093112)"

Windows 10 home, computer with CPU Intel core i7, version 1709 installed.

I noticed that windows update gives error 0x80070bc2 when trying to install 2018-04 Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64 (KB4093112) ... getting a sort of a loop as it requires a restart to finish installing but at any restart gives the same
message and does not install.

Can someone help?

 

Issues with an old .NET application and Windows 11

Hi,

an old application built with .NET Framework 4.8 has suddenly (the last week) stopped working correctly; being an open source application, I've downloaded the source code (it is written in C#) and with Visual Studio 2022 managed to recompile it and found the source of the problem.

What happens is that the FolderBrowserDialog class now shows only the Desktop node and nothing else; if that is not strange enough, what is stranger is that the same application run inside the Windows sandbox shows instead all the other folders, as it used to do up to tow weeks ago.

I've compiled also the FolderBrowserDialog sample found here with the same result:

The problem is only related to the FolderBrowserDialog class, as the OpenFileDialog behaves correctly.

I don't know exactly which upgrade broke the software, but it must have been something in the last couple of weeks; these are the last system upgrades:
