Windows 10: 2023-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5022303 IS...

I keep getting this every time I try downloading it. A couple months ago I downloaded autoruns and was told to download that file and try reinstalling it. I tried that, no good. Found out if I turn this setting off, it will allow me to download it and tells me that it's installed. Not even 2 days later, it's not working again. HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THIS what did I do wrong?So if I turn this off and restart, the cumluative update will work but then when I turn this setting back on, the update stops working and asks to be reinstalled? I turned this on bc a game I was trying to play wouldn't launch t

i5-10600K CPU @ 4.10GHz 4.10 GHz

Motherboard- Z490 gaming plus

HDD Seagate 2Tb

Geforce 1650

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated I have exhausted every avenue possible to try and fix this and it keeps failing the install, sometime the download as well.

Have run troubleshooting on the updates and tried to reinstall but this does not seem to work.

Is there a simple fix..

Its been a problem for a while and it seems others have the same issue.
