Windows 10: 2023-05 Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems KB5001716

Update which takes a LONG TIME states "undoing changes made to your computer" after waiting 2 hrs only to erase the update by itselfstates ERROR as: Download error - 0x80070643

I am getting download error for "2023-05 Update for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64-based Systems (KB5001716)"

I am having Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (10.0.19041 Build 19041) and auto upgrading to Windows 10, version 22H2 using Setting >> Windows Update option. Here I am getting an error "Download error - 0x80070643" while downloading "2023-05 Update for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64-based Systems (KB5001716)"

I did checked Microsoft Update Catalog couldn't find KB5001716.

Please help me with the issue. Let me know what else information you need.
