Windows 10: 2023-05 Update for Windows 10 version 21H2 x64 based system KB5001716- Download error...

My computer is receving a Download error of 0x80070543 for 2023-05 update for Windows 10 version 21H2 x64 based system KB5001716 when it tries to do it's automatic update. I have an HP laptop. I checked the download/update history today and this started in October of 2023 but I didn't notice till I got the Error code today. In checked the history I found that is shows that is was already successly installed in June of 2023. I ran the Troubleshooter but that didn't clear it. I checked the Microsoft catalog and this is not even listed. Is this trying to force me to Windows 11 which I DO

I am having Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (10.0.19041 Build 19041) and auto upgrading to Windows 10, version 22H2 using Setting >> Windows Update option. Here I am getting an error "Download error - 0x80070643" while downloading "2023-05 Update for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64-based Systems (KB5001716)"

I did checked Microsoft Update Catalog couldn't find KB5001716.

Please help me with the issue. Let me know what else information you need.
