Windows 10: 2023-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5027215...

I have been attempting to update my windows 10 laptop with the above update since it came out. Every attempt fails. I have tried several fixes, including the ones from this post. Attempting to check boxes for .NET framework fails, and I have to restart my PC. Fresh from booting it still fails. Update trouble shooter finds no issues, other than telling me to restart and try again. Have tried disabling all start up programs to have a 'clean boot' which does nothing. Deleted the Windows update cache.Nothing has worked so far, and when I attempt to install updates the process gets about 8

2023-06 Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 KB5027215 stuck installing at 20%

Good morning. I have been trying to get the 2023-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 base systems (KB5027215) to install on my laptop since yesterday. Every time it gets to 20% Installing status and then stops. I've gone through the troubleshooter and rebooted multiple times with no luck. I have no external drives attached to my laptop. The device driver showed no "yellow flags" as described in the troubleshooting. This is making my laptop so slow its unusable. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.
