Windows 10: 2023-08 Cumulative Update for V 22H2 fails with error 0x80070002

Went through troubleshooter.Ran DISM.exeRan online cleanup-imageRan SFC /sccrrow ?Down loaded KB5029263Reset BITS lots of resource not found. entry point not found, etc.Just trying to find a phone number to call!Now past my ability to repair

The troubleshooter options did not work either. Additionally, I have tried some sfc /scannow, dism commands, but they haven't worked either. i also tried to restart the update and background intelligent transfer service but still not installing.

I'm trying to download and install this 2023-05 Cumulative Update KB5026372 For Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64- based systems (KB5026372)

and it keeps failing

gets to about 75% install then fails

install error code 0x80070002

can anyone suggest anything ??
