Hallo so i hav try to install this update but when my pc restarts to do the update it's stuck on installing update do not turn of system for 30 min.so i turn of my system and try to redo it again and keeps happing.all the error code i hav gotton so far 0x802480140x80070002and yes i hav try using windows trouble shooting and trying to download the update it self and install it, even try this down below as a Wufix.batSC config trustedinstaller start=autonet stop bitsnet stop wuauservnet stop msiservernet stop cryptsvcnet stop appidsvcRen %Systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

Why would an in-place Upgrade solve this problem? I did all the steps listed here but not the in-place update. The error I see in the Windows update window is "Download error - 0x8024401c" for 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706). Its been logging this error since 3/17/2023

Note that on 2/15 everything seemed fine:
