Windows 10: 2023-08 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems...

I have tried resetting the update system, manually downloading the update and nothing works.I'm concerned because I recently cloned my system drive to an SSD and replaced it. I hope that isn't what is causing this update to not install.

I tried to update to 2023-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5029263) but it keeps failing with a error code 0x0070002

Why would an in-place Upgrade solve this problem? I did all the steps listed here but not the in-place update. The error I see in the Windows update window is "Download error - 0x8024401c" for 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706). Its been logging this error since 3/17/2023

Note that on 2/15 everything seemed fine:

Successfully Installed on 2/15/2023

2023-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022497)

• the above update is downloaded and tried to install in my hp pavilion laptop.
  
• the update is successfully downloaded while installing it is throwing an error says that error "Install error - 0x800f081f".
  
• how tp rectify it..
