What does unable to open "C: \users\***\appdata\roaming\dll\config.json" on startup mean?

I installed Windows 11 recently and after a few days and some installations i made, i started seeing this message on a terminal "cmd" on startup. I tried to see all the startup software that would make this and i was unsuccessful in it.

Here is the message that comes on startup always:

Unable to open a Folder

Sorry for the delay. Overlooked 'Reply' notificcation...

It sounds like you're trying to open one of the SuperHidden, default junctions that are created by the OS for backwards compatibility. They are there in case old software is using hard-coded paths like:C:\Documents and Settings\<UserFolder>\My Documents
will be re-directed toC:\Users\<UserFolder>\Documents

But permissions are set to prenent browsing, so these error messges are normal :






But the paths can be traversed. If you replace my Useranme with yours in:notepad 'C:\Documents and Settings\Keith\My Documents\NewFile.txt' & paste into a Run dialog, you'll be prompted to create it. Do so, type something, and save (ctrl+S). You'll find the file in your Documents folder.

 

Lumia 710 driver not found

Hello,

I'm spending 2 days trying to solve this issue.

I've a Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit notebook.

After installing the last version of Zune I tried to connect my new nokia lumia 710 but this is not recognized.

I see that Windows try to download the driver from windows update but fails.

Doing the same on another laptop with Vista 32 bit everithing it's ok.

in device manager the phone appear with a warning icon and its label is "RM-803|Nokia Lumia 710"
