Windows 10: 2024-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5034123 has...

For the past month my computer has been trying to install the latest update but for some reason it keeps giving me the error message 0x80070002 and failing to install after getting to about 25% there has been one time that it made it to 100% but still gave the same error. I'm at a loss of what to do.

Why would an in-place Upgrade solve this problem? I did all the steps listed here but not the in-place update. The error I see in the Windows update window is "Download error - 0x8024401c" for 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706). Its been logging this error since 3/17/2023

Note that on 2/15 everything seemed fine:

2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022845)

Successfully Installed on 2/15/2023

2023-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022497)

Successfully Installed on 2/15/2023

 

I can't install windows update: 2023-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022303) and (KB5022360)

The error is
