Windows 10: 2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5034441 error...

I keep trying install this update yet it keeps failing. I already ran troubleshooter said it resolved the issue but the error persists. I also disabled my antivirus and tried again still did not work And I keep getting error 0x80070643 Is this a known issue? All the other updates installed fine without issue.

I can't install windows update: 2023-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022303) and (KB5022360)

The error is

were not installed

Windows update is hung on three updates:

Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3135782) - Error 0x800700c1

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3176493) - Error 0x800700c1

I have run the Windows Update Troubleshooter, rebooted, and tried to manually install these, all with the same results.

Any suggestions?
