I have a similar issue with this update: 2024-02 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034848) except it installs and then PC restarts but after a minute a message appears on screen that says there is a problem and to not worry it is uninstalling the update. After that it takes about 3 minutes and all goes back to normal. Later the update notice reappears and wants me to try again. This has happened 4 times now with the same result.
