Windows 10: 2024-02 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems...

Hi, I have been trying to get the latest windows update namely the 2024-02 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems KB5034848 update installed on my brand new Samsung galaxy book4 pro 360 bought a few days back but this update simply refuses to get installed successfully even after countless tries. Everytime I try to get it installed, it downloads first then restarts my laptop and then automatically goes into the automatic system repair mode after a few minutes. I have a similar issue with this update: 2024-02 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034848) except it installs and then PC restarts but after a minute a message appears on screen that says there is a problem and to not worry it is uninstalling the update. After that it takes about 3 minutes and all goes back to normal. Later the update notice reappears and wants me to try again. This has happened 4 times now with the same result.
