Windows 10: 2024-04 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems KB5036980

After many problems trying to get windows 11 running, I finally installed windows 10 and did an upgrade to windows 11 on a 1 year old HP AMD Envy. I am stuck with the rollup update 2024-04...getting errors 0x8007025d then 0x80070005 . Here is the cbs log of the update. the sad bonus is after the latest attempt of KB5036980 the original problem has returned of file explorer crashing when on Home or Gallery?
