Windows 10: 2024-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5040442...

I keep getting this error when trying to download & install the update. I've tried everything I've seen on videos. Ran commands in the command prompt, did troubleshooting and still nothing works. Also my internet connects for about 5 seconds and then disconnects and won't connect back.
