Windows 10: 2024-08 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems KB5041587

I'm getting this error when ever I try to install this new update. I have tried the trouble shooting feature but nothing changed. I feel like this is interfering with other things on my computer.I can provide device specifications if needed.
