Windows 10: 2024-11 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems KB5046740

Hi,I did the download & install of KB 5046740. The machine went through all the motions and looked like it installed, but then when the machine rebooted, the KB was listed as ready to download and install. I looked at the installed updates and it isn't on the list as having completed the install. At this point, I want to hide it. Tried the windows show/hide updates tool and it does not appear on the list. How can I hide this update?

Mine gets stuck at 4% while the other has completed. As per the following:
