Windows 10: 2025-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 V 24H2 causing problem with QuickBooks Online

After installing this update on 2/13/2025 to two desktop computers: 2025-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems KB5051987, I cannot access my QuickBooks Online account. The system allows me to login, but the QuickBooks Online landing page is frozen and does not respond. I have tried three different browsers Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Chrome, and all have the same issue. I am able to access the QuickBooks Online account by using a laptop that has not had the update installed. I contacted QuickBooks Online and they were not able to help me. They just sug

I would like to inform you that Quickbook Pro 2011 is not compatible with Windows 10. Therefore it is needed to install in compatibility mode.

Hence,I suggest you to reinstall the Quickbooks pro 2011 in the compatibility mode and check if it helps,
