Windows 10: 2025-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems

Whenever i try and update 2025-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems KB5053598 in the windows update section in settings it gets to 18% it freezes progress and then diplays "Install error - 0x800f081f"I have been having issuse with the WIFI card in my laptop a mediatek wifi 6 mt7921 laptop card and had to take it in and have a Realtek 8811cu wireless LAN 802.11ac USB NIC installed as a temporary messure.But even with that everyother update that has come out has been installed perfectly fine. its only the 2025-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 update that

Why would an in-place Upgrade solve this problem? I did all the steps listed here but not the in-place update. The error I see in the Windows update window is "Download error - 0x8024401c" for 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706). Its been logging this error since 3/17/2023

Note that on 2/15 everything seemed fine:

2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022845)

Successfully Installed on 2/15/2023

2023-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022497)

Successfully Installed on 2/15/2023

 

Can't Install update 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706)

Hi, I'm trying to install " 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706)" but every time it installs 90% or so it comes up with an error with "Something didn't go as planned. No need to worry--undoing changes" or "An unexpected error occurred can't install 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706)". I don't know what to do anymore.

I have Windows 10 and there is an update that never updates. The • 2018-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4088776) just stays there and wants to be updated but never updates. Any suggestions??
