Windows 10: 2025-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 - Something unexpected happened when...

Trying to install 2025-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 update. At somepoint I get the message "Something Unexpected Happen" and it appears to attempt to fix it several times and just keeps looping. Eventually gives up.I have tried this several times with same results - Failure

Hi, I'm trying to install " 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706)" but every time it installs 90% or so it comes up with an error with "Something didn't go as planned. No need to worry--undoing changes" or "An unexpected error occurred can't install 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706)". I don't know what to do anymore.

Why would an in-place Upgrade solve this problem? I did all the steps listed here but not the in-place update. The error I see in the Windows update window is "Download error - 0x8024401c" for 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706). Its been logging this error since 3/17/2023

Note that on 2/15 everything seemed fine:

Successfully Installed on 2/15/2023

2023-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022497)
