Windows 10: 2025 04 upd. KB5055629 0x8007000d error

I've been trying to install this update for months now, but it always gives me the same error, even though it downloads and installs to 100%. I even let it sit for like an hour to let it do its thing, because otherwise my PC just turns itself off or restarts randomly throughout the day.

I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?
