Windows 10: 20H2 Doesn't Show Fonts I Installed

Hi...

Just got a Dell Optiplex 7010 with Win 10 Pro 20H2, build 19042.928. Windows Font Manager seems to work fine and I installed several Helvetica and Korinna fonts, all of which showed up fine right after installation. A few minutes later, none of them were available in OO or Libre.

So I figured the install didn't go right. Installed them again but got pop-ups saying those fonts were already installed, yet they don't appear in either the icon or details listings and are not available in word processing or spreadsheet software.

Next, I shut down completely. Half an hour later, rebooted. Still no Helveticas or Korinnas. Tried reinstalling. Same pop-ups saying they are installed. Can't be seen.

Reinstalled them again, clicking on replace the previous installation for each. Same results.

I'm stymied. I'd greatly appreciate any ideas on what I should try next.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Step 1:

• Download the font type you want to install.
• Right click and click on install.
• Check if you are able to view the fonts in documents.

Or

Step 2:

• Download the font type you want to install.
• Open Control Panel.
• Click on fonts.
• Now, drag and drop the downloaded fonts in the font’s folder.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
