Windows 10: 20H2 ISO file too large to create installation disk on DVD

As part of my back up of my Dell PC running Windows 10 I tried to create a Windows 10 instatllation DVD from the ISO file. So I downloaded the latest ISO file from Microsoft. Then used the ISO file to burn and installation DVD. This was the 20H2 ISO file. But the burning process said that the ISO file was too large for the DVD? Said something about change the ISO structure??? So I took the previous Windows ISO file I think 2004 and the burnt ok to a standard DVD. What is all this about? If you are like me just a user and not a professional Microsoft type person MVP etc. please don't give me answers that are not based on factual information. Thanks

how to install iso file without disk

I have just downloaded a coppy of virtual studio for my uni studies but problem is its an iso file. Well i no how to burn them onto a disk and install that way but my laptop that i need to use it on has a bust dvd drive an i crnt afford a usb just for this. So is there a way to install this program on my lappy without a disk?

ps i got it all legit from dreamspark, microsoft allow people studdying certain courses free downloads of certain programs

 

how to install iso file without disk

i have another problem with this now, ive extracted the iso hoping to just install it like you all have said but when i do there is only one thing inside titled README, ill write what it says below. There is nothing else in the iso yet it says its 3.25 gb in size.

The readme says

ive burnt it onto a disk yet when i put it my rig it says there is no disk inserted, could anyone help me with this?

 

Need ISO maker

I just copied all the files of my Asus M4A785-M install dvd to my computer and replaced one by one the folders of drviers and softwares with the newer ones i downloaded from asus website. Now I want to create an ISO file with those folders and files so i can burn it as Bootable dvd using an ISO image.

What program you would suggest me ?
