20H2 update breaks Battery Saver slider

TL;DR: Does anyone know how to customize the battery charge percentage at which the PC enables Batter Saver?

Before, I had a slider for the Battery Saver feature; it allowed users to set a custom percentage in 5% increments.

Since the 20H2 update, this is gone and I'm limited to a drop-down list with "Never", "Always", and 10% to 50% in 10% increments (10%, 20%, ..., 50%).

Because of how the Surface Book 2 usually discharges, I had previously set the percentage to 80% (clipboard/tablet and base both drain until 80%, just the base until ~40%-ish, then again both until ~10%-ish).

It was reset to the default 20%, and I'd very much like to set it back to 80%.
