    20H2 Windows 10 Crashes 2020 TurboTax Premier


    I have consistently attempted to install, uninstall and then re-install 2020 TT Premier using the 20H2 fully updated windows to no avail. Every time I attempt to start a new return, the program hangs spins and then crashes. The program installs and activates...it even updates but then crashes once you attempt to use it. I have installed and logged in as Administrator.... changed to all the compatibility modes to see if that would help and of course run Windows troubleshooting options. I spoke with TurboTax Reps twice and they can't provide an answer but have fully admitted that there are a variety of "different" issues ranging from installation, activation and now mine that all stem from this newest version of windows. Just to be sure, I loaded TT on my wife's machine that runs Windows version 1909 and amazingly....not a single issue. We also run identical virus and spyware software, browsers etc all of which were either uninstalled, stopped during these tests. Finally, I also tried reverting back to version 1904 my previous windows version and it also did not work. I'm past the time where I can revert all the way back to to 1909 without completely doing a clean install and that's not an option. I would welcome any thoughts or at least validation that this is an issue and it's being worked on ahead of the upcoming tax season. Thanks...

    Turbotax Premier 2019 Will Not Load

    I have Windows 8.1 on my Dell XPS 2720 computer. I used a CD to load Turbotax Premier 2019, and it appeared to load correctly. However, when I click on the desktop icon to activate the program, nothing happens. I have successfully used Turbotax in past
    years on the same computer without any problems. Any suggestions?

    Turbotax Premier 2019 Will Not Load

    That's a Turbotax problem; not a Microsoft Windows problem.

    I suggest that you get back onto their Tech.

    20H2 Windows 10 Crashes 2020 TurboTax Premier

    Weird pricing for TurboTAX 2018

    So I need to buy TurboTAX Premier. Amazon lists the download for $70, but the CD with free shipping for only $55. Same on NewEgg. So I bought the CD from NewEgg. Duh.*Party Delivered in only four days.

    Anyone care to speculate on this pricing, which seems upside down to me.
