Windows 10: 21H2 update that caused broken VPN now has a fix for all but mine?

According to the documentation, "Note: As of January 18, 2022, all affected versions have now been addressed with an out-of-band update."https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-health/windows-message-center#2777I'm running 19044.1499 on the Release Preview Channel. Normally I wouldn't worry about it but I had to roll back to get my L2TP back up and running and when I let those roll forward by VPN broke again....... but despite being completely up to date, there is no pending update showing available, optional or otherwise. And when I go to the direct download page, It's careful to say
