    225% battery level but don't show the juice in the battery icon


    I just recently got my laptop fixed & got the new Windows 10 software installed. When I went to go use it everytime the battery is full charge, I unplug the charger, the computer always shuts off. Also when I booted it back up, it said my battery level is at 225%, plus sometime I can't even boot up my laptop. I’m not sure what that even means, does that mean that I have to get a whole new laptop all together or a purchase a new battery? Please help fix this issue, thank you so much

    battery charging intermittently

    Hello,

    I have a HP laptop T8S31EA#ABZ and recently my battery has started to abruptly stop charging at variable levels of charge. Keeping it connected to AC, it starts randomly to charge again but only for some minutes and then stops.

    I followed all the steps suggested here 225% battery issue - HP Support Community - 7129241 since
    when the battery is removed, the icon battery shows a "225% charged" message....

    Any suggestions?

    no battery level icon on the taskbar

    I all of a sudden have no battery level icon on the taskbar. I go in to turn it on and it is faded out and won`t let me turn it on. why would that have happened? Any idea how I can get it back?

    On my other computer running Windows 10, I have a battery icon showing in my system tray that shows how much charge is left in the battery. On my current computer, this is not there and I cannot find how to add it. Any suggestions?
