Windows 10: 22H2 Moment 4: Windows 11 volume control UNSTABLE on Touchpad with BLUETOOTH devices

This problem has been around since Windows 11 RTM. Windows 11 Volume Control via Gestures for Bluetooth Devices is BUGGED

I have submitted this bug report many times since windows 11 first released, but it still hasn't been fixed. When a bluetooth device is connected, changing the volume via any of the 3 or 4 finger gesture controls on the touchpad does not work as normal. It doesn't adjust by small amounts. In addition, it's impossible to drag the slider manually with the pop up notification as shown in the images. Again this issue only occurs when connected to a bluetooth device. Windows 11 21H2

 

Volume Control via Touchpad for BT Devices

Every since downloading Windows 11, I've noticed an issue with the volume control trackpad.

I tried using my multi-finger gestures without a bluetooth device connected and it worked as smooth as ever. But whenever I connect to a Bluetooth audio device, the volume control gets ridiculously choppy and won't scroll through volume levels as smooth as usual. I've tried this with multiple bluetooth devices and have the same issue regardless. My friends who have not downloaded Windows 11 are not having this issue when connecting to my headphones.

I've tried updating the audio drivers for my bluetooth headphones. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the primary audio drivers as well. I've also tried disabling absolute volume to see if it would help: it did not.

Any insight on this?
