Windows 10: 22H2 update goes from 99% back to 0% over and over and PC is insanely slow now....

HelloSince I launched the installation of the 22H2, my PC started being extremely slow and the update takes hours to reach 99% and after a while goes to 0% again and it does that over and over ...Now I'm stuck with a PC that I can't use anymore...Thank you SO MUCH Microsoft...My PC is a very high end PC, so it can't have anything to do with my hardware. Also all my drivers are up to date excpt my AMD GPU because since my PC is this slow, it's not downloading the update. And the problems started just after Windows started downloading the update.Any help would be welcome!Thanks in advanceConfigu

Windows 11 update 22H2 stuck on downloading 99%/100%

Hey there, Today morning I received update notification about Windows 11 22H2 update as Insider Preview,

I clicked on download and install, it started downloading update, it got stuck on 99%,
Still 1 hour after it was showing 99% and consuming data (I guess still downloading).
I tried clicking 'pause for 1 week' and again clicking on 'resume' it got stuck 100%.
then I tried to Clean the downloaded update by using Disk Cleanup utility,

Again after starting update from 0, It is now 2nd time still stuck on 99% (I confirmed no network connection Disruptions this time)
can you guys suggest any solutions for this?

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.

How to get the Windows 10 2022 Update version 22H2 Win Update

I wish things are that simple. My error code was 0x80246017, and I don't have KB5020435 installed so it's a dead end. BTW, MS lists like 6 or 7 error codes of the format 0x8024xxxx on the "troubleshooting WU problems", and when you chose next step, it suggests generic steps: run WU troubleshooter, check if your disk has no errors, is your remote disk is accessible, etc. Same as MS community; each similar error has completely different cause and (re)solution.
MS in notorious for this- if it works then OK, if it doesn't then good luck.
